ITEM 7492. NEW ENGLAND PEMBROKE
CROSS STRETCHER TABLE likely made in Northern Massachusetts or
Southern Vermont, C. 1800. Cherry with old (quite likely original)
crazed varnished surface. Hinges are early replacements, no additional
alterations. Legs are beaded on three sides and chamfered on
the inside edge. Country made but delicately so. Measures 26
¼"H x 34"L x 17 5/8"W (35 ½"
with leaves extended).
